Reference Number 0000293232 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/21 12:00:00 PM CDT Pricing Lump sum Partial Work of this project is comprised of the removal of as installed, existing modular classroom(s), from the following school site: - Ecole St. Malo located at 189 Rue St. Malo Street. St. Malo, MB Remainder of the Work of this project is comprised of the relocation and installation of existing modular classroom(s) on the following school sites: .1 Two (2) modular classroom units, P-459, P-460, to Ecole Viscount Alexander site, 810 Waterford Avenue. Winnipeg, Manitoba for the Pembina Trails School Division. .2 One (1) modular classroom unit, P-057, to the Meadows School site, 1220 - 22nd St, Brandon, Manitoba for the Brandon School Division. Every bid shall be accompanied with a security deposit consisting of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Bid Price for each school division stipulated in Section 01 10 00 - Summary of Work, article 1.01. The accepted Bidder(s) shall promptly provide and pay for a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the Performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty.
