Reference Number 0000293725 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/02 03:00:00 PM EDT The site of the Project is located in the Town of Neepawa on the streets shown on the Drawings and as specified in Section 3000 of this Specification The major items of Work to be done under this Contract consists of: .1 Sub-grade, Sub-base and Base Course Construction .2 Asphalt Paving .3 Concrete Curb and Gutter .4 Boulevard Grading .5 All other work associated with the Tender as specified in the Specifications The work to be done under this Contract shall consist of the Construction of New Neepawa Hospital Roadway Roadways and Associated Works, in the Town of Neepawa, Manitoba and in accordance with the applicable Specifications and Drawings. The Contractor shall provide and maintain comprehensive General Liability Insurance subject to limits of not less than five (5) million dollars inclusive, per occurrence, for bodily injury, death and damage to property, including loss of use thereof. The Insurance shall cover as Named Insured, the Contractor, the Owner and the Consultant, and also shall cover as Unnamed Insureds all other parties named by the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide and maintain in the name of the Contractor and the Owner, insurance through an All Risk Builder's Risk Policy, insuring the full value of the Work in the amount of the Contract Price and the full value of the Work in the amount of the Contract Price and the full value of the products as may be specified to be provided by the Owner for incorporation into the Work. Upon demand of the Owner, the Contractor shall supply evidence of insurance and certified true copies of each policy.
