Renovation of a municipal facility in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,590-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor through a Two (2) Part procurement process to provide construction services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the boiler upgrades at the Brandon Provincial Office Building, located at 340-9th Street, Brandon, Manitoba. The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to obtain Bids from qualified Contractors to provide the Work described in this RFT and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Bidder whose Bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The RFT solicitation contains mandatory and point-rated technical evaluation criteria, and the basis of selection will be: 1) responsive bid with a minimum pass mark of 70%; and 2) lowest evaluated price The Agreement shall commence at contract award and complete as per the specified delivery schedules identified in section FF.5.0 - Critical Dates. See Appendix "A" - Specifications and Drawings for a full description of the Work sought.
