Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each Bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972 and Governor's Amended Executive Order 84-9 All Contractors and sub-Contractors must be registered with the City. The work embraced by this contract generally consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1. Resurface 4 existing tennis courts, including perimeter fencing, nets, and net posts at locations as shown on the plans. 2. Remove existing tennis net posts and fencing. 3. Mill the asphalt surface to a depth of 4". 4. Install electrical outlets on existing light poles (alternate). 5. Install net post sleeves/footers. 6. Apply crack sealant, and furnish asphalt intermediate course, pavement interlayer mat, and surface courses. 7. Installation of perimeter fencing including wind screens and gates. 8. Installation of cushioned acrylic surfacing and striping. 9. Site restoration - seeding and mulching.
