Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnishing all labour and materials for the following project in accordance with the specifications on file for inspection at the office of the service director of said city. Asphalt patching and crack sealing program each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a bid guaranty and contract bond in accordance with sections 153.54 of the Ohio revised code. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the state of ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all people interested therein. Bids shall be submitted to the finance director in sealed envelopes with the project name and bidder's contact information clearly marked on the outside The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities in the bids and accept the bid deemed most favourable to the city. All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding documents are to be submitted to Engineer by email to mbartlett@gpdgroup.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered.
