Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all labor and materials for the Washington Boulevard Reconstruction project in accordance with the specified requirements. Each bidder must provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, include the full name of all parties interested in the proposal, and submit evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. Contractors and subcontractors are to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor where practicable, and must comply with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the City. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the project name and bidder's contact information.
