Site work, paving and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Tifton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 13,400-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project no. 24105 Scope includes a full interior demolition and remodel, with most mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems being replaced. The scope also includes installation of a new roof and refinishing of the exterior. Site improvements involve repaving, redesigned sidewalk, and new landscaped area. Renovation of a 13,400 square foot facility and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10% of the Base Bid. The Bid Bond shall be issued by a company authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. The successful General Contactor will be required to provide both a Performance and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Bonds shall be provided on forms included in the Project Manual. All other questions are to be directed to the Architect, via email, at johnm@mccallinc.com. Any breach of this requirement could result in disqualification of bidder(s). The Owner shall have the authority to reject all bids or any bid or proposal that is nonresponsive or not responsible and to waive technicalities and informalities.
