All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Trumbull County Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Scope of work: 4.1 INTENT OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS: The intent ofthe Plans and Specifications is to prescribe a complete work or improvements which the Contractor undertakes to do, in full compliance with the Plans and Specifications, Proposal and Contract. They are to be complementary and what is called for by any is as binding as if called for by all. Should any misunderstanding arise as to the intent or meaning ofsaid Plans and Specifications, or any discrepancy appear in either, the Trumbull County Engineer shall interpret the meaning thereof. 4.2 OTHER CONTRACTORS: The right is reserved by the Trumbull County Commissioners to do work by other Contractors or by County forces, and to permit public utility companies and others to do work, during the progress of and within the limits ofor adjacent to the work. The Contractor shall conduct his work and cooperate with such parties so as to cause as little interference as possible with such other work 4.3 EXTRA WORK: Unforeseen or other work made necessary by minor alterations ofplans or for other reasons for which no compensation is provided in the contract, shall be deemed extra work and shall be performed by the Contractor in accordance with the Specifications and as directed, provided however, that before any extra work is started an agreement from the Trumbull County Commissioners shall be delivered to the Contractor to do the work 4.4 FINAL CLEANING UP: Upon completion ofthe work and before acceptance and final payment made, the Contractor shall clean the sidewalks and highway within the limits ofthe work and all ground occupied by him in connection with the work, of all rubbish, excess materials, false work, temporaiy structures and equipment, and all parts ofthe work shall be left in a neat and presentable condition satisfactory to the Trumbull County Commissioners.
