COMPLETED BID FORMS Shall be submitted in sealed envelopes upon the blank Bid forms furnished in the Construction Specifications. Sealed envelopes shall be marked: " REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - STREET PAVING - 4 TH - PLAINVIEW - CLEARMAN STREETS - JOB # 25-5021" - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 10:00 A.M.ON MAY 21, 2025. Should a bidder find discrepancies or omissions from the plans,specifications or any other documents or should he/she be in doubt as to the meaning, he/she should at once notify the City's representative and obtain clarification prior to submitting any bid. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City of Krum may require, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids received, and to select a bid best suited to City of Krum' best interest.
