The East Otter Tail Soil & Water Conservation District (EOT SWCD) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a 40-foot by 80-foot pole building at a designated location in Perham, Minnesota. The project timeline is to have the work completed by October 31, 2025. The project consists of constructing a 40' x 80' post-frame (pole) building with the following general specifications: o Minimum 16-foot sidewall height o Steel siding and roofing o One 14'x 14' & one 10' x 10' Overhead doors with manual operation o Two 3' commercial grade insulated walk doors o Six 4' x 3' stationary windows, up high for natural lighting o 5" concrete slab for 1/3 of the building with appropriate site preparation and base, and concrete apron on one end of the building (14' x 14' overhead door opening) o Electrical rough-in & final wiring and fixture installation. o Plumbing rough in and installation of seasonal use spigot o Site grading and drainage to ensure proper runoff o All construction must comply with applicable local, state, and federal building codes The selected contractor will be required to provide stamped engineered building plans as part of the permitting and construction process.
