In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation ("Parks") is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a Request for Proposals for the Development, Operation, and Maintenance of an Outdoor Cafe and Other Amenities in WNYC Transmitter Park, Brooklyn.
