**As of June 24, 2025, the project was awarded to CEN-CAL Construction, but the awarded amount is not available.** Furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment per these specifications and as required for Single and Double Fiberized Micro Surface Pavement Treatment on various streets shown in Appendix A of these specifications, removal of all thermoplastic and paint with a thickness 1/4" or more, application of herbicides with a photosensitive dye, sweeping, patching asphalt locations as determined by the Engineer, applying and approved fiberized micros surfacing material, maintaining temporary striping and legends, install thermoplastic at stop bars, crosswalks, and legends. Final lane striping to be performed by others. Furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment per these specifications and as required for the manhole and valve cover adjustment needed on various streets shown in Appendix A of these specifications, to raise approximately 29 manholes to grade, replace frames and covers with City supplied frames and covers and rings as needed with assigned City Inspectors direction and replacing and raising approximately 41 water gate valves covers (G8) to grade, per City standards SS11, SS17 and WA23. No streets shall be closed to traffic at any time during the duration of the project. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder security made payable to the City of Hanford for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, such guaranty to be forfeited should the bidder to whom the contract is awarded fail to enter into this contract. All questions regarding this project shall be in writing and shall be submitted through online , no later than 4:00 P.M. on Thursday May 22, 2025. No bids will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3 of Business and Professions Code. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
