The Complexity Factor for this project is 0 The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on July 24, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the Region Two/District Two Office in Dixon. Phase II engineering services are required for the preparation of various bridge rehabilitation, contract plans, special provisions and estimates to be inserted into the departments set of final contract plans. This project may consist of removal and replacement of the existing bridge deck wearing surface, substructure repairs, traffic control plans, and the repair and/or replacement of the following items: sign structures, expansion joint, bearings, approach pavement and installation of scour countermeasures. Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS). The completion date for this contract will be 60 months after authorization to proceed The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
