This project requires 24% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on July 30, 2025, at 1:30 PM at the Region Two/District Two Office in Dixon. Phase I/II engineering services are required to furnish various survey projects throughout District Two. This work is anticipated to include field and office assistance for surveys to establish or reestablish section corners, reference said corners to centerlines, preparation of a Plat of Highways, Right-of-Way Plats, Easement Plats, Premise Plats, Excess Parcel Plats, legal descriptions, Monument Records (copies of recorded Monument Records to be furnished by the Consultant), Section Corner Plat of Survey work, topographic surveys, cross-sections, profile, existing and proposed centerline alignments, drainage inverts, and any other tasks deemed necessary to complete the work in accordance with all department manuals, and District Two procedures. The work may include preparation of existing ROW CAD file based on existing ROW plats and related material provided by the department, necessary research to aid in defining existing ROW (i.e., recorded surveys, subdivision plants, and records from railroads and other government agencies), survey existing ROW and prepare existing ROW plats and related material, preparation of ROW documents and related material. Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS). The completion date for this contract will be 60 months after authorization to proceed The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
