The Scope of Work is to crush approximately 10,000 yds of 1 1/2 "gravel in size. The desired amount may vary depending on price. The quantity variance may be plus or minus 3,000 yards. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for equipment and labour. The crushed gravel shall consist of hard, durable particles free from injurious quantities of soft or flaky particles, topsoil, loam or organic matter, or other deleterious material. Supply 10,000 cubic yards of 1 1/2 "gravel to the Culvert Pit located at SW 3-3-5W2M (Hwy 18-approximately 1 mile west and on the north side of the highway). Contractor will be required to haul and stockpile the material. Payment for work will be made only through the volumes determined by a drone survey performed by RM 4. Late submissions or quotations will not be accepted or considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the quotation arrives prior to the date and time and at the place indicated in the Request for Quotation. RM 4 reserves the right to award this order in part or in full, based on quotations received unless the potential supplier specifies that its quotation is valid for the complete order The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted. This proponent further warrants that this proposal is made without collusion with any other party except those expressly disclosed in this proposal and that the Proponent has no conflict of interest. Proposal #2025-01. This Offer is valid and enforceable for at least Ninety (90) days following the closing date. The work shall be fully completed on or before July 18, 2025 (the completion date), unless the Completion Date is modified by mutual written agreement of the parties. Payment for work under this Contract will be made only through the volumes determined by the survey performed by RM 4 within 7 days after completion date.
