Water Well No. SSS #10 - Construction of Test Well at Site No.3 in strict accordance with the specifications. The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the "City", is requesting proposals from firms or individuals, herein after referred to as "Proponent" to provide WATER WELL NO. SSS #10 - CONSTRUCTION OF TEST WELLAT SITE NO. 3 to the City. The City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department (MUD) is seeking proposals from qualified licensed engineering consultants to provide professional services implementing a comprehensive test well program to determine whether and how to construct Water Well SSS No. 10 at Site No. 3. The consultant will be responsible for the major aspects of the test well program including obtaining drilling permits, overseeing and directing a qualified well driller, obtaining required data, abandoning the test well, and recommending whether to continue with Site No. 3 (seven acres of APN 17922007) as acceptable site to construct the new production well. Each Proponent must be licensed in accordance with applicable California State Law. The City reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals received and re-advertise.
