The City of Mount Holly invites proposals from qualified developers and organizations for the purchase and redevelopment of 131 South Main Street -- a historic, highly visible property in the heart of Mount Holly's Central Business District. The City seeks proposals that generate long-term economic and community benefit, in accordance with North Carolina General Statute 158-7.1, which authorizes the conveyance of publicly owned property to stimulate economic development.
