Questions/Inquiries Due May 15, 2025 The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and disposal to perform the following: Work shall include, but not limited to, renovation of existing kitchen (130B) into an inviting and accessible community kitchen for student use. Project includes new countertops, wall cabinetry, ceiling, flooring, tile work, and suite of appliances. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. regarding Affirmative Action; State of New Jersey Prevailing Wage Rate Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.26 et seq.; and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 regarding Ownership Disclosure. Bidders shall be classified by the Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) and possess a valid classification in either, 1) C008 - General Construction, or 2) C009 - General Construction/Alterations & Additions, with a minimum aggregate rating of $1,000,000 or more at the time of proposal submission and contract execution.
