Work shall include, but not limited to, New drywall, ceilings, trim and painted walls, removal of closet in conference room, new flooring and refinishing, and millwork; relocate first floor restroom door to allow for Americans with Disabilities (ADA) compliance; refinish fireplace and mantel; adequate power and data installation; installation and relocation of lighting. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. regarding Affirmative Action; State of New Jersey Prevailing Wage Rate Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.26 et seq.; and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 regarding Ownership Disclosure. Bidders shall be classified by the Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) and possess a valid classification in either, 1) C008 - General Construction, or 2) C009 - General Construction/Alterations & Additions, with a minimum aggregate rating of $500,000 or more at the time of proposal submission and contract execution. SBE subcontracting goals are not applicable if the bidder is currently registered with the State of New Jersey as an SBE firm.
