** As of 06/30/2025 project has been awarded to Molba Construction but no awarded amount available.** The project consists of all Labor, materials, equipment and disposal to perform the following: Work shall include, but not limited to, conversion of existing residence room (151) to a community kitchen for student use; new flooring, millwork, countertops, appliances, wall finishes, ceiling finishes, and lighting. Work also includes new entry door and glass windows. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. regarding Affirmative Action; State of New Jersey Prevailing Wage Rate Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.26 et seq.; and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 regarding Ownership Disclosure.
