In bedroom # 2 the sub floor will need to be replaced. We use commercial grade vinyl plank waterproof flooring. In the bathrooms we use Sheet Vinyl Flooring 12' Wide. Replace cove molding and transitions where flooring is replaced. o Replace all interior light fixtures throughout the unit except kitchen. o Replace all interior slab doors. 1-32" slab, 4-30" slab, 1-28" slab, and 1-24".
