Scope of Work: A. Installation of a third pump, including ancillary suction and discharge pipes, fittings, valves, variable speed drive, and associated electrical, instrumentation, and control work. B. HVAC upgrades include removal and replacement of existing air conditioning unit, installation of a new exhaust fan including ancillary duct and supports, replacement of supply/exhaust air registers, installation of air flow and smoke detection devices, go/no-go panels for two separate spaces, and associated electrical/control work. C. Removal of the roof and replacement with a new standing seam metal roof. D. Upgrades and modifications to the building structure for seismic resilience. E. Installation of supports and supply of flood protection planks. F. Installation of flexible fittings on existing 12-inch and 20-inch force mains for seismic resilience.
