Work Includes Casework Demolition and Installation, Terrazzo Flooring Installation, Modifications to Existing Suspended Acoustic Ceiling System, Electrical/ Lighting Modifications and Other Miscellaneous Work. Bid Security Bidders Shall Submit a Bid Security for Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Amount, Plus Any Additive Alternates, by One of the Following Methods: Attach a Scanned Version of a Paper Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Savings and Loan Secured Check, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit Issued by a Financial Institution; the Validity of Which Will Be Verified After the Bid Opening.
