Scope of Work: Provide a Complete Hvac System Including Supply, Return, Exhaust, and Ventilation Ductwork, Mechanical Equipment, Supports, Hangers, Diffusers, Grilles, Registers and All Appurtenances County Project Class of Work Buildings Project Cost Range $150k - $300k Completion Time: July 11, 2025. Prequalification Applications Will Be Accepted on an Ongoing Basis but Must Be Received Not Less Than Two Weeks Prior to Due Date of Bids of a Specific Project. L CONTRACT PROVISIONS. 7.1 Performance and Payment Bonds. The Contractor is is not required to provide 100% performance and payment bonds in accordance with ORS 279C.380. No separate payment is due to Contractor for such bonds. Lane County May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Bidding Procedures and Requirements, and May Reject for Good Cause Any or All Bids Upon a Finding of Lane County That It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
