The Bolivar R-l School District is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of a standalone restroom and storage facility located on school grounds. The proposed 1,200 square foot (sq. ft.) building will include: 600 sq. ft. ADA-compliant restroom space 600 sq. ft. storage/utility space Contractor to provide a floor plan / layout of proposed work. Women's Side: 4 stalls. 2 sinks. Men's Side: 2 stalls. 2 urinals. 2 sinks. Concrete Block Walls (CMU) with 8' wall height Metal, sloped roof system Concrete floors throughout Manual flush-valve toilets (no auto sensors) Manual faucets Floor drains in each of the 3 primary sections (men's, women's. storage) Mini-split HVAC system in storage area Overhead garage door (Storage Area) Interior LED lighting Exterior dusk-to-dawn lighting Window in storage area with potential for future concessions use Exterior electrical outlets and water hookup for utility and event support. Site grading, excavation, and utility extensions and connections to nearest access point Concrete slab foundation Full plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Permits, inspections, and project closeout documentation.
