Trenholm State Community College Patterson Campus Welding Shop - Building H Roof Replacement This Project Consists of Replacements of the Specific Roofs to Include, Removal of Existing Modified Bitumen Roof System, With All Flashings, Trims, Accessories and Installation of a New Modified Bitumen Roof System With Tapered Insulation, New Roof Drains, New Roof Drain Leaders, New Flashings, Trim, and All Accessories, Approximately 13,600 Sf. A Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Payable to Alabama Community College System in an Amount Not Less Than Five (5) Percent of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000, Must Accompany the Bidder's Proposal.
