Site work for a water / sewer project in Elora, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Township of Centre Wellington is looking for a contractor to complete Bridge Street Water Tower Upgrades. Scope of work includes but it not limited to the following: - Surface preparation and recoat of corroded areas within the dry side of the access tube. - Cleaning and disinfection of tank interior. - Repairing corroded areas within the tank. - Surface preparation and application of epoxy/ polyurethane overcoat system with flourouethane coating for a finish coat as per contract technical specifications. - Installation of kickplate on roof guardrail to meet building code requirements. - Provisional work include: Surface preparation and painting of the valves and pump in the valve chamber room. Rehabilitation of stainless-steel piping in the valve chamber. Upgrading the aircraft warning light to LED unit and controller. Removal of unused antenna and cables from the access tube and roof. Sealing of gap between the overflow spillway and the tower pedestal using U-Fill. - Restoration of any other areas disturbed by construction activities - All required environmental protection measures to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
