The City of Jonesboro is accepting bids for a replacement of roofing on the Earl Bell Community Center located at 1212 South Church St., Jonesboro, AR 72401 differences. A bid bond is required with this bid. See 9B on page 2 of this packet. A performance bond will be required by the successful bidder with this bid. See specifications There are 4 (four) pages to this bid. All pages must be returned to complete bid. Any damage made by successful bidder during work, is the sole responsibility of the Bidder. During and after completion of project covered by this bid, the bidder will be responsible for cleaning and hauling any and all debris to clean the work site. When noted, a Certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of total bid shall accompany bid. A performance Bond equaling the total amount of any bid exceeding $3,000.00 must be provided for any contract for the repair, alteration or erection of any public building, public structure or public improvement (pursuant to Ark.
