Novak-King School Demolition - Omega III LLC in the amount of $498,775.00. Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to Bidders questions received up to two business days prior to conference. Project Description: Project consists of demolishing existing building structures at two locations. 1. South Elementary School: Demolition of the single story southern portion of the building, and the partial basement below this portion of the building. The northern two-story portion of the building will remain. At two connection points, patching of the existing building to ensure weather-tightness is included in this scope of work. 2. Novak-King School: Full building demolition of a building with a full first floor, and partial second floor. F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General contract (all trades). Submit bid security with each Bid in the stipulated form and in the amount identified in the Instructions to Bidders. B.
