Loiselle, Town Manager cloiselle@tyngsboroughma.gov | 978-649-2300 x100 The Town of Tyngsborough seeks sealed bids from qualified vendors for the demolition of a building that previously housed the Tyngsborough Senior Center. Work under this contract shall include, at a minimum, asbestos abatement, disposal of paint / painted substrate as RCRA characteristic hazardous waste, recycling and disposal of universal waste and miscellaneous oil and hazardous materials in accordance with applicable state and federal law and/or regulation, and shall include the demolition and removal of the building including the removal and off-site legal disposal of the concrete / granite / field stone/boulder foundation, and the filling in of the foundation / site with suitable materials as detailed within this IFB. This IFB is being issued by the Town of Tyngsborough through the Office of the Town Manager. Questions concerning this IFB must be submitted in writing to Town Manager Colin Loiselle by email to cloiselle@tyngsboroughma.gov or by mail to 25 Bryant Lane Tyngsborough MA 01879. All questions must be received by Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Any question received after that deadline may not be answered.
