Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Seeking sealed bids for the 2025 Roads - Phase II. The work under this contract shall consist of: full-depth reclamation of existing pavement, furnishing and installing of new bituminous concrete pavement, install sidewalks, install bit berm, various drainage improvements, and all other appurtenant work. Project Number 2025-DPW-011 Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Direct any Questions to Town Manager, Colin Loiselle, at cloiselle@tyngsboroughma.gov. Sealed bids are due to above agency address no later than the deadline. Question Deadline 09/17/2025 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Colin Loiselle at cloiselle@tyngsbroughma.gov and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
