As of March 17, 2026 this project is not awarded yet. The Work Consists of the Following Major Items: 1. Construction of a New 2.65 Mgd Pfas Wtp Housing Pfas Filter Vessels at the Tyngsborough Wellfield Wtp Site Located at 166 Frost Road, Tyngsborough, Ma. The New Pfas Wtp Building Will Be Approximately 4,100 Square Feet Constructed of Masonry Walls, Wood Roof Trusses, an Asphalt Shingle Roof, Block Veneer, and is Inclusive of Process, Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Scada 2. Modified and New Site Piping, Site Work for Drainage, Water, Sewer, Gas, Electrical and All Site/civil Surface Finishes. Filed Sub Bid Trades: masonry, misc metals, waterproofing, damp-proofing & caulking, roofing & flashing, painting, HVAC, plumbing, & electrical. Prevailing wages apply. Project is tax exempt. 3. Related Work to Integrate the New Pfas Wtp Building With the Existing Wtp Facility at Both Sites Including but Not Limited to Piping, Masonry, Chemical Feed, Electrical and Scada, as Well as All Associated Appurtenances. 4. Add Alternate No. 1 - Replacement of Existing Booster Pumps, Motors, Vfds, Wiring, and Associated Piping Work at Lakeview Ave Pump Station Bids Shall Be on a Lump Sum as Indicated in the Bid Form. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 2-16-2026.
