Renovation of a water / sewer project in West Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The purpose of this Request For Proposal is to invite qualified Contractors to submit proposals for the removal of steel and concrete stair treads and replacement with new treads of aluminum grating. The scope of work for the Project includes the demolition and removal of existing steel and concrete treads and installation of new aluminum grated stair treads as is more particularly set out in Schedule "A" - Scope of Work (the "Scope of Work"). The general requirements of the Scope of Work include: Removal of existing steel and concrete stair treads and landings Recoating of steel stringers Installation of new grated treads and landings Repairs to railings Replacement of concrete topped q-decking landing
