contractors to submit bid proposals to furnish and install a new metal power pole within PUD easements as detailed in the Project Specifications. The PUD reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals, and to waive any informality in the bid or in the bidding process. This contract is subject to Washington State Prevailing Wage Requirements (RCW 39.12). Women or minority owned business enterprise participation is not a requirement of this project, however, involvement is encouraged. Question Deadline 06/05/2025 submitted by email to the Whatcom PUD's Engineering Manager, Garret Love-Smith, garrettl@pudwhatcom.org, at least four days (96 hours) before bid opening.
