As if May 22, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. Project is expected to be awarded on June 1, 2025. The Project consists of milling and resurfacing of Long Branch Ct and Candy Creek Ct, as well as the Reconstruction of Olynger Road from 10th Street to SR 22. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
