The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Scope of work includes the clearing of trees and other vegetation, removal and disposal of buried debris at the site of the former Rugby Field Landfill, demolition and removal of the existing state vehicle parking lot, removal of the existing fencing and lighting, regrading and stabilization of the approximately 5 Acre site, installation of stormwater facilities, erosion control measures and maintenance during construction, and the installation of new chain link fencing and gates at the new state vehicle lot. In accordance with Code of Alabama, 39-2-2(a), prequalification is required for this project.
