Project Summary: This locally funded public works project consists of roadway and transit center improvements at STA's West Plains Transit Center located off Interstate 90 at Exit 272. Work for this project includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, earthwork, grading, concrete flatwork, asphalt repairs, stormwater modifications, reinforced concrete drive aisle placement, electrical work, landscaping, signage, railing, and passenger amenities installation. Due to the short timeline and the need for this project to be completed before STA's September Service Change, this project includes an on-time completion incentive. State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Spokane County.
