Required Line Work E. Milling; Base repair; apply tack coat; and apply superpave wearing course overlay W Magnolia Ave and Albert Ave Intersection - Full Width - 30x50 Merion Ave: #142 Merion Ave to #158 Merion Ave - Full Width - 24.5x252 The successful bidder who is awarded the contract will be required to pay online a fee of 0.003333 % or $100-$5,000 of the contract award value. All Current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Standards and Specifications Will Prevail Over All Standards and Specifications Included in This Contract. Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are to be used during this contract. The Township Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Township.
