Statement of Work: Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport has a requirement for lighting alterations and upgrades to 6 buildings along the north section of Kete Rd. at the Keyport Annex site at Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) Bangor, specifically Buildings 5096, 5097, 5199, 5251, 5252, and 5253. The exact scope will vary by building. The project will require the contractor to provide and install 2 combination exit sign emergency lights per building, demolish interior lighting fixtures, replace with LED strip light type fixtures, add an additional row of like lighting fixtures, replace fluorescent T8 lamps and ballasts with LED lamps, ballasts, and tombstone connectors. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to accomplish the following work in accordance with the statements here. All work must be coordinated through the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). A preconstruction meeting will take place two weeks prior to the start of construction. At a minimum, the contracting office, the COR, Customer, Contractor and all required subs will attend. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract.
