This project includes the installation of two (2) 6' High, 20' Wide Chain Link Security Slide Gates. There are two (2) locations for the proposed Security Slide Gates to be installed. In Location 1, an access point is being added at the start of the proposed Security Access Road. In Location 2, an existing access point is being reconstructed. Add/Alt. 1: Construct an additional 275' of Security Access Rd. Add/Alt. 2: Construct an additional 300' of Security Access Rd. The Project will be awarded to the bidder who provides the lowest reasonable bids for the base bid as well as that combination of add/alternative items selected by the Town to proceed. The Contractor will note that the Airport is an active facility and coordination with the Town of Brookhaven Airport Staff will be required at all times, especially when crossing or working near an active runway
