IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN ELIGIBLE BID, CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO GET A COPY OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FROM PARAMETRIX.****** For questions, please contact Sara Lavy with Parametrix at 505-998- 5581 or slavy@parametrix.com Question Deadline 05/15/2025 If a person contemplating submitting a Proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Plans, Specifications, or other Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Specifications, they may submit to the Project Engineer, Sara Lavy, P.E., Parametrix, email to slavy@parametrix.com The Project includes removal of 52,700 yards of sediment at the Tijeras Arroyo Sediment Basin and potentially other locations where needs arise during monsoon season. The Following Conditions Apply to Prospective Bidders: a) Appropriate Contractor's License (Gf-4 or Gf-98 or Other Satisfactory Classification). B) Bidders Must Complete and Include the Amafca Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form With Their Bid. AMAFCA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal. Decisions of the State Labor Commissioner setting wage rates will be a part of the contract.
