Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in Ola, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Project includes the following Work: Removal of existing concrete low water bridge and drainage crossing and replace with quadruple 6x12 Concrete Box Culvert. Poured in place or precast are acceptable. All work in accordance with ARDOT Standard Specifications unless specifically stated in the bid documents or plans. Question Deadline 08/11/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. James Dreher, Civil Engineer, OWN, Inc. at (501) 224-1000 or jdreher@weareown.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of his/her base bid which is subject to conditions provided in the EJCDC C200 Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract.
