NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, Nevada (RTC) is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Sparks Boulevard Capacity Improvements Project, North Phase. The project will increase safety, add roadway capacity, and improve bicycle and pedestrian facilities by widening Sparks Boulevard between Greg Street and Baring Boulevard.
