(1) Riverland Ave from Hudson Dr south to the bridge and (2) Johnsford Rd from St Rt 21 west to the township line. Alternate: Crestline St from St Rt 21 west to the township line. The above designed work includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, material, appurtenances and incidentals required for the resurfacing of the road project and other incidental items necessary for a complete project all in accordance with specifications prepared by the Bethlehem Township Trustees. Each bid shall be in conformity with the Ohio Revised Code. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, if mailed or hand delivered. All bids received shall be upon the forms furnished with the specifications, shall contain the full name of each person, agency/company, submitting the bid, and shall be signed by an official authorized to execute a contract. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. The Bethlehem Township Trustees declare that they will award the contract for this project to the lowest and best bid, which may not necessarily be the lowest bid. No single factor will control the Board's decision to award, and the Board reserves the right to exercise its full discretion.
