Aransas County, Texas, seeks responses from qualified individuals, companies, firms, or other entities to its Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services Pool for Aransas County Airport Capital Projects - RFQ #2025-503 Interested parties may submit written questions and/or requests for clarification no later than 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Questions and clarifications will only be accepted in writing and must be emailed to the Contracts and Procurement Specialist, Eric Smith at esmith@aransascounty.org. All questions and answers will be distributed to prospective respondents by email and/or by posting on the County's website on the Aransas County Public Notices Page on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. No submission may be withdrawn for at least Sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening. Aransas County reserves the right to change the date of the opening, to waive any informalities, and to accept the submission deemed most advantageous for Aransas County. Aransas County reserves the right to reject any or all response's, to waive any and all irregularities in said response(s), and to accept the response considered most advantageous to the County.
