Aransas County, TX is seeking Proposals for Brush Grinding Services. All Proposals must be timely submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside, "Brush Grinding Services" on the outside. Interested parties may submit written questions and/or requests for clarification no later than Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. Questions and clarifications will only be accepted in writing and must be emailed to the County Contracts and Procurement Specialist, Eric Smith at esmith@aransascounty.org. All questions and answers will be distributed to prospective Contractors by email and/or by posting on the County's website on the Aransas County Public Notices Page by Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive formalities. Important Considerations. Once submitted, opened publicly, and read aloud, Responses may be held by Aransas County for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the response opening for the purpose of reviewing the responses and investigating the contractor's qualifications prior to the contract award. Aransas County reserves the right to reject any or all response's, to waive any and all irregularities in said response(s), and to accept the response considered most advantageous to the County.
