Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,550-square-foot library; for site work for a library; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work, in general, will include the following schedule of work: New Library and Multi-Purpose Center located on a vacant lot located in Lions Park. The new facility will be 10,550 sf slab on grade building with precast concrete wall panels, ACM wall panels, exterior storefront, structural steel framing, bar joist, metal deck and EPDM roof. The building will include metal studs, gypsum board assemblies resilient flooring, carpet, casework, commercial plumbing fixtures, roof top hvac and associated ductwork, general purpose electrical power, interior and exterior lighting, and technology cabling. The sitework will include excavation, storm sewer, water and sewer connections, grading, restoration, landscaping, concrete sidewalk and asphaltic pavement.
