The Town of Warrenton (Town) is accepting bids from qualified, Class A contractors for on-call services involving the installation of concrete sidewalk, curb, and gutter, as described herein, on an as-needed basis. All bids shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid bond for the total amount of base bid. A one (1) year Performance Bond shall be provided to ensure an adequate warranty is maintained. Performance and Payment Bonds with a value of 100% of the contract amount for all contracts greater than $100,000.00 will be required of the successful Bidder prior to commencing work. The Town will not hold a Pre-Bid Meeting. Question Deadline 05/12/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Any questions submitted electronically. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive all informalities. In the event the Town Manager chooses to reject all bids, the Town will re-advertise.
