The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide and deliver High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) smooth non-corrugated interior or exterior surface. Pipe Liner #1 48" inch diameter and in sections of 24' feet in length for a total of 72' feet (3 Sections). All gaskets and lubricating material shall be included. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Rosalie.Alther at Rosalie.Alther@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 4:00 PM on June 19, 2025. From date of award through 30 calendar days after award (delivery of goods). The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award.
