Renovation of a conference / convention center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

The work in this contract comprises of supplying and installing new heavy gauge copper cooling coils (Note: Minimum tube wall thickness shall be .017", not to exceed .022") in the listed HVAC unit at the MCC (#AHU 48). The vendor shall provide all tools and equipment to perform the installation of appropriately sized cooling coils in each specified HVAC unit. All work associated with the installation shall be performed by the vendor including, but not limited to, pipe fitting, plumbing, sheet metal and fabrication. The bid shall include any rigging services to properly locate the materials for installation at the MCC. The bid shall include any modifications/preparations in the mechanical area for the installation. This work will also include placing the old coils in an area specified by the MCC. Low voltage work will be performed by owner. All work shall be completed once the cooling season is over (Approx. October 2025). B. Replace main riser and coil valves along with vertical pipes at AHU. C. Replace all drains/vents/blowdown stations in kind. D. Replace existing drain pans with new galvanized drain pans to match existing. E. Required permits for work performed shall be obtained by the successful bidder. F. Vendor shall perform all necessary connections to existing MCC equipment. G. Start and test unit for proper operation. H. Report any findings or deficiencies to client. I. Complete clean up by contractor after work complete. J. HVAC units covered in this scope: AHU #48 Note: There are two (2) cooling coils in this unit.
